What information we collect about you, for what purposes, and on what legal basis.
When you visit www.3lawyersthailand.com, we automatically collect information about you and your website use. This is e.g. information about the type of browser you use and information about your computer, your IP address, and information about how you use the website, which pages you visit and which links you click on, your traffic to and from the service, referral URL address, advertising data, standard web log information and information collected via cookies, web beacons and similar technologies, etc. The aim is to optimize the user experience, and the site’s function as well as carry out targeted marketing. This processing of information is necessary so that we can keep improving our site and showing you relevant offers. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name and email address, and we register that you have asked us to send newsletters with marketing from our business partners and us. The purpose is to comply with your request and to safeguard our interest in being able to deliver newsletters to you. The legal basis for the processing is the Data Protection Regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter f.
When you use our platform, we ask you to provide a range of basic information, including your name, address, e-mail, and telephone. We only collect this information if you finish our contact form. The type of information and the extent of the information that we collect about you will depend on how much personal information you fill out when you use our legal robot. When you request 3 quotes from a lawyer, information about your contact information and the task you want a quote for is made available to our partnered lawyers so that they can assess the task and possibly submit an offer. Your contact information will only be passed on to lawyers if you accept this by using our platform. The lawyer will then be able to contact you via your provided e-mail and telephone number. When you communicate with us, including via email, phone, or chat, we collect the information that you choose to give us and the advice or assistance that you want. The purpose is to be able to communicate with you and comply with your requests. The legal basis for the processing is the Data Protection Regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter b.
Disclosure of your information
We only pass on your personal data to other data controllers to the extent described in these conditions. In addition, personal data will not be passed on without your express consent unless we are obliged to do so by law or other legal obligation incumbents upon us, or if legal claims must be established, asserted, or defended.
Information can be left to external partners who process the information on our behalf. Right of access
You are entitled at any time to request insight into our processing of your personal data, including which categories of information we have registered about you, what purpose the processing serves, categories of recipients of information, etc. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we process about you. Deletion of information
Information collected about your use of our site is deleted at the latest when you have not visited the website for 5 years. Information is stored for 5 years, as intervals between visits by a lawyer can be up to or more than 5 years, and this is, therefore a prerequisite for our service to function as intended.
Information collected in connection with your subscription to the newsletter is deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn.
Deletion of your personal data
